The return side pieces will not attach to the flat cut Valance. Your window frame should have a minimum depth of 3 1/8 inches for this mounting option.
• | WIDTH REDUCTION | To allow for mobility of the blinds within the window frame and accommodate the mounting brackets, our team will deduct 1/2 inch from the ordered width. (For example, blinds ordered at 34 inches wide will arrive at exactly 33 1/2 inches wide).
• | PROPER MEASUREMENT | 1. A flat mounting depth of 3 1/8 inches inside your window frame is needed for a fully flush installation. 2. Measure the width in three places: top, middle, and bottom. Use the narrowest width when ordering. 3. Round down to the nearest 1/2 inch when selecting the width size. 4. Your blind will arrive with a 1/2 inch deduction. For example, if you chose 34 1/2 inches wide, the blinds will arrive at 34 inches wide.
